A Community Connector is someone who will support people to re-establish networks of support, and create new links.
The work is likely to be a few hours per month, and is paid at £11 per hour. A good knowledge of the Falkirk area would be an advantage.
We have been allocated funding through the Partnership Innovation Fund, to develop circles and networks for Older people and Older carers
in the Community .
